Pathways mentor.
Mentor learners on a Pathways track through the course and their first applications, with workforce organizations and community colleges near Moraph offices.
What you do
- Meet a learner regularly during a Pathways track, in the open or observed spaces the partner provides
- Talk about the work as it really is: operations centers, service desks, compliance
- Help with applications and interview practice, pointing to Moraph’s internships and open roles, which follow the normal hiring process
What you need
- Work at Moraph in a team Pathways teaches about
- Your manager’s agreement, as for any Moraph for Good work
What you won’t do
- Promise a job or a place, or influence a hiring decision
- Meet learners under 18 outside planned, observed sessions
- Where
- With the partner, in person or online on accounts Moraph or the partner manages.
- Checks
- You are already a Moraph employee. Where the role involves young people or adults at risk, a background check where local law allows, before you start.
- Training
- The rules training, and a briefing from Talent Acquisition on the track and the partner.
- Time
- Agreed with your manager, around your client commitments.
- Open to
- Moraph employees only, through the volunteer hub. For colleagues.
The rules apply to every role. Nothing to sell, strictly nonpartisan, explain never advise, no personal details, safeguarding and conflicts. The rules in full.
