Moraph for Good / Volunteer / Moraph colleagues
For Moraph colleagues
Part of the job, not your evenings.
Moraph employees volunteer for Moraph for Good during working time, alongside their client work. Sign in to the volunteer hub to say what you can offer.
How it works for staff
Working time, agreed with your manager.
- When
- During working time, as Moraph’s existing policy sets out. You agree with your manager how it fits around your client commitments.
- Where to start
- The volunteer hub on moraph.com: sign in with your Moraph account and say what you can offer (programs, skills, languages and availability). The Moraph for Good team matches people to series and projects by the skills each needs.
- Every role is open to you
- Colleagues can do any of the public roles too, from instructor to language reviewer: say so in the hub rather than using the public form.
- Working beside volunteers from outside Moraph
- Members of the public with relevant experience now teach and help at sessions too, after the same conversation, checks and training. Partner support (Access, Shield and Pro Bono) stays with Moraph people.
- The same rules
- Nothing to sell, strictly nonpartisan, explain never advise, no personal details, safeguarding and conflicts. Moraph’s usual confidentiality and security rules apply as well. The rules.
- Sales roles
- If you work in sales or account management, say so in the hub. The team takes it into account when matching, and volunteering is never used to sell.
For colleagues only
Roles that need Moraph’s systems and skills.
These roles work with host organizations’ systems and Moraph’s own, under the same confidentiality as client work, so they are filled by Moraph employees through the hub.
